Welcome to a New Week Sweethearts! I'm sorry that I have to start the week with this. I have been so restless in my spirit since I heard about her divorce.
Christian Failed Marriages
In 2015, I blogged about Nikki Laoye. I shared how much I adore her love story. The fact that she and her ex husband (jeez! Ex hus-what?? That doesn't even sound OK to me) married as virgins was a source of comfort, sort of encouragement to me. At that time, I was a Christian single walking in purpose with a resolve to keep myself for marriage.

What To Do At Home In This Coronavirus Pandemic And Lockdown Season
Hi Sweethearts of my blogosphere! How are you doing? You've been on my mind since this lock down started so I thought to check in on you today. Are you OK? Are you recreating or reacting in this season? Whatever you do, don't lose hope. God will preserve you and yours throughout this season. Amen.
Get Creative While Social Distancing
I'm all up for a Creative Lifestyle. I see life as an opportunity for self-expression. No matter what happens, I strive to find expression through that.
And I understand that Creative work has seasons. Part of the work is to know which season it is, and act accordingly.
This season is highly conducive for creativity. You can't afford to be bored. And you can't afford to be idle.

An idle mind is disastrous. There are many things you can do, to have fun, to keep your cool, to keep your creative juices flowing, without leaving the house.
This is a good time to get creative. For real.

Reflecting On My 6th Twitterversary
Six years ago today, I signed up for this thing called Twitter, even though I had no clue what it was. I created an account, sent my first tweet "I don't know what ayam doing here oo", and ran away.
Few tweets later, my life changed.
Happy 6th Twitterversary To Me!
Few years back the only thing I knew about Twitter was the absurd notion that it was only created for celebrities — the music icons, movie stars, political leaders, etc — to keep their fans abreast of what was happening. Absurd precisely because I was just a fresh university graduate when I signed up. It didn't seem like I was anything near being a celebrity or something.

A Twitter Thread That Will Make You Repent Then Heal
Sharing is caring! Telling others about posts or tweets that resonate with you is one of the easiest ways to be a blessing to the world. Not to mention that it benefits both parties involved: You update your page, you create relationships and knowledge is exposed to a wider audience.
This blessed me.
An Inspiring Thread
Like I mentioned in 'Why I Love Twitter', you can express a lot in just one Tweet. But sometimes you want to tell a developing story, resurface a related Tweet, or simply talk for more than 140 characters. When that happens, you have the Tweet threading option!
Creating a thread on Twitter is simply easy. Just follow these 3 steps (Lol. I love easy steps. See here, here and there):
Step 1: Reply to your own Tweet.
Step 2: If your @name appears in the Tweet compose field, delete it. The reply will nest under your first Tweet automatically.
Step 3: Continue replying to the newest Tweet in your thread until your story is complete.

That's all!
I haven't created a thread that went viral yet. But I have read a few threads by others that prompted me to retweet and like. So on Tuesday, I found one that prompted me to share with you on the blog. I hope it blesses you too.

Something Galvanizing Happened On Twitter Yesterday
Just because I love Twitter and today is Friday!
#KeepTheChangeBae
Once upon a time, there was a guy named Deji and a lady named Ore.
Deji took Ore out on a date.

My Journey Of Waiting On God And Trusting Him All Year
Christmas Story starts with a fine girl called Mary being told, in a special way, that she will give birth to a very special baby who will be named Jesus.
And she's like "How Shall This Be?"
And she's like "How Shall This Be?"
I can relate it to being told, in a weird way, that I will get a job that will be called a dream.
Trusting Through Conception To Delivery
The conception of prophecy starts with just a word, but the process that leads to its manifestation can be a long, tough one.

Here Is A Quick Midnight Reflection On Instagram
Like many other nights, sleep eluded me. After praying for as long as I could manage, I switched on my data. And logged on into Instagram as though the angels were using my pretty long fingers.
Instagram, Really?
I am not such a big fan of Instagram. I often spend less than an hour on the days I decide to log in on the app.
The last time I spent over an hour, I made a mess of myself with makeup. :/

My Temptation To React To The Trump
You may wonder what concerns me with America and her Election. Lol. What would a lady do when her brother is a political scientist and her father is a Nigerian businessman, an Igbo, for that matter?
Nigerians React
Yesterday morning after our family devotion, dad switched on the TV to CNN. He's been following the news from day 1. As usual, I wasn't interested, so I went back to my little cozy room.

12 Struggles Only Those Who Wear Glasses Understand
So I have been wearing prescription glasses since 2002, and it's been a journey! There is the good, the bad and the just so annoying moments of wearing prescription glasses.
And I have come to develop a special love for those who wear glasses because I understand their pain. They are the strongest set of people. Lol.
The Struggles Of Wearing Glasses
Let me start by saying Twitter is currently my favourite Social media platform. It gives me freedom to be cool and crazy as I please. I drop it like it's hot when I'm there. And I am one of the few people who take that outlet seriously. I mean, I don't just tweet for the sake of tweeting. I tweet to connect, to share and to inspire.

Are You Employed Or Being Exploited?
You leave work feeling tired, frustrated, and angry. During the long ride home and in traffic, you ask yourself, “Am I being exploited?”

Ever Felt Terrible For Doing The Right Thing? (#SaveMayowa)
I'm pained. Oh! I should say, I was pained. I was pained at the report that followed after a positive news which circulated on social media yesterday.
#SaveMayowa
My first draft of this post was titled:
Nigerians Raised 32 Million Naira in 3 Days To #SaveMayowa

Are You Addicted To Social Media? Do This
It's 5:00 AM here. What if I told you I'd been on Twitter since 12:30 AM? This is the height. Somebody needs help.
A 3-Day Social Media Fast
We can use our phones to fill up every quiet, lonely and awkward moment, to keep us entertained, to be up to date, and to connect with friends as well as strangers. But how much time is too much time to spend on a phone, on social media or any other mobile device at that?

How To Trend On Twitter Quickly
It's Friday! Since I stopped creating more podcasts, I've not figured out what Friday should look like. At the moment, we've got Inspirational Mondays, Dear Diary Tuesdays, Love Wednesdays, and Style Sundays. For Fridays? Nothing yet.
Anyways, let's keep going. This can work.
How To Trend On Twitter
So I trended on Twitter last week. :D

NEWS: Today is #WorldJollofRiceDay
Hello sweetie! How is your weekend going? I decided to bring you this very ridiculous and interesting news. So I went on Twitterville, and found this hashtag trending all day. Nigeria has made history. Lol.
#WorldJollofRiceDay
I'd not visited Twitter since yesterday morning until this evening. I was shocked to discover that today, August 22 is World Jollof Rice Day. Lmho! According to Twitter NG, it might be given a global recognition for real. *grins*

He Stole My Tweet
I didn't want to make a big deal out of this but since I have nothing else to write about. Let's deal with it already!
He Stole My Tweet (Plagiarism)
When you don't find me on the blogosphere, I am probably on Twitterville. I like to tweet and read tweets. Doing that stirs my mind to think up words with just 140 characters. It inspires my creativity. Yup!
