You may wonder what concerns me with America and her Election. Lol. What would a lady do when her brother is a political scientist and her father is a Nigerian businessman, an Igbo, for that matter?
Nigerians React
Yesterday morning after our family devotion, dad switched on the TV to CNN. He's been following the news from day 1. As usual, I wasn't interested, so I went back to my little cozy room.

We are Nigerians, We Green With Pride
This is an update on - Let's Go Greeny!. A post I hurriedly created exactly a year ago. Today is another October 1; Nigeria's Independence Day! So I thought we could refresh our memory on the beauty and glory of green. :)
Green With Pride
I love green. I could not have designed a blog without green on it. It's one of my favourite colours. It is beautiful. It is pleasant to the eyes. It soothes the mind. It is . . . I can go on and on about green.

PODCAST: A call to Serve
Life is more than breathing, sleeping and eating. God didn't create us to just come here and consume resources. He expects us to give something to the world. You are put on earth to make a contribution. What are you giving? In what area are you serving?
The Bible says, "In our union with Christ Jesus he has created us for a life of good deeds, which he has already prepared for us to do" Ephesians 2:10b

The "good deeds" are your service to the world. Whenever you serve others in any way, you are actually fulfilling purpose.

PODCAST: #PrayForNigeria
Tomorrow, #NigeriaDecides who her new president will be. But it seems the moment of election creates fear in the heart of many Nigerians. Some have travelled out of the country being scared of what the future holds. While some are anxious, if not confused.
So I thought about what I could do to drive out fear. I went on the street, told a couple of friends, and got as many as I could to say a #PrayerForNigeria. It's quite inspiring to find people praying for their very own country.
This is not only fun, but also spiritual. Psalms 122:6 says: "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love thee." Nigeria is our Jerusalem, and praying for Nigeria means keying into her prosperity. This is beyond the election. It is a movement and a shift of wealth to those who know their God. It is about proclaiming the blessings of God. It is about taking your position. It is about being a world-changer. We are in a season of blessings. Remember?
Join us. Say a #PrayerForNigeria today.

Let's Go Greeny!
Each time I'm asked what my favourite colour is, I be like: "Erm... I don't know..." And it's not just me. Those who just love colours know exactly what it feels like not to have a favourite colour. We just love colours. I especially love bright colours. And sometimes we don't have a fave because our choices are based on moods, weather and relationship status. Yelx.
Oya, Let's Go Greeny!
Based on my mood (and maybe relationship status. lol), I have chosen green today.
