21 Days of Praise: Day 2 - The Gift of Salvation

Welcome to Day 2 of our #21DaysofPraise series! Today, we are focusing on the incredible gift of salvation that we have through Jesus Christ.

Praise for Salvation

21 days of praise - Gift of salvation

Verse of the Day: Ephesians 2:8
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." (NIV)
“For by grace you have been saved by faith. Nothing you did could ever earn this salvation, for it was the love gift from God that brought us to Christ!” (TPT)

Reflecting on the gift of salvation fills our hearts with gratitude. It's not something we could ever earn; it's a gift freely given by a loving God.

I remember the moment I truly understood the depth of God's grace. It was during a church service when the speaker spoke about how Jesus made her life anew. It was a vibrant speaker who came to the Teens' church at the time. She spoke passionately about how the sacrifice on the cross was for each of us individually. I was smitten – both by her delivery and her conviction. I felt a weight lift off my shoulders as I wholeheartedly accepted this truth and embraced the freedom and joy that come with salvation.

God Is Home

I love the smell of new beginnings. It's refreshing to even think about it. Welcome to a new week sweethearts!

God Is Our Home

I currently have three hard copies of different versions of the Bible - The Kings James Version (KJV), The Good News Translation (GNT) and The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV). But I usually like to study with the Bible App on my phone because I can navigate all through different versions easily and faster.

Satan Called a Convention of Demons

How busy are you? Being BUSY is one of the favourite tactics of the devil. I saw this article on a WhatsApp Group page. I think it is worth sharing . . .

Satan with the Demons

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said,
"We can't keep Christians from going to church."

Wouldn't You Rather Go for A #HeartCheck?

I went to see My Doctor (and Heart Keeper) for check up. And He said I'd be needing a surgery. Pray for me!

#HeartCheck

You didn't understand when I said I was as blank as a sheet. Yeah? I have not been very positive and inspired as expected. So I decided to visit The Healing Centre. When I got there, it seemed the Doctor knew I was coming. He had already opened my file and was treating my case. Whao!

A Taste Of What It Feels Like To Be Hated By The World

Sometimes when I don't have a personal experience to share on Heart Rays, I create one and make it my story. That's how I find inspiration for blogging. Again, I risk my life for the purpose of writing . . .

Making Restitution

I specifically prayed for strength to write about this topic because it is a heavy matter of the heart. Restitution is a very sensitive issue. And yes, very important to be considered at this time.
