The first time I quit my job I was single, living with my parents and had no plan whatsoever. Do I regret it? Absolutely not! It was one of the most amazing (overwhelming, frustrating, exciting, scary) years of my life.

Then I found a new job. Got married, started building a home and quit my job again. What's up with me?

It's the last quarter of the year. While some are getting into new jobs and promotions, others are looking forward to finding better ones before the year ends.

And here, someone is talking about quitting her job?! Whaaat?! Who does that?!

In case we have never met, and you are wondering who this woman is and how she has the guts to go about getting a job and quitting, and not only that, but also having the guts to tell you there are benefits of quitting your job. Calm down, please.

Dear Diary, This Is A Husband Appreciation Entry

I'll be celebrating six months in marriage in 1,2,3,4 days. I thought it'll be fun to appreciate my husband in my diary. I don't do it enough.

I prayed and talked about my Future Husband for a long time. See here, here, there and there. Little did I know that you had existed in my past and were already in my present. If I had known you were the one God had instructed me to do that 21-Day Public Prayer and Fasting for ehn, I probably wouldn't have prayed with such passion and zeal. Lol.

Kachi, you are my answered prayer. You are the man of my dreams. Not just that, you are the man who has slain the dragons in my nightmares. You have exceeded my dreams, brought to life a man my dreams didn’t know existed.

Yes, We Can Face Tomorrow!

Hello sweeties! How are you doing? It feels good each time I have to post something on my blog. I think I'm still thrilled about being a lifestyle blogger. It is something I never saw coming. Really.

And you have made it more fun. Thank you.

I can't get enough of this song. I have been singing with all excitement and joy. I have sang high soprano, high tenor and high alto. I have also sang low tenor. Now I am singing high bass. Lol.

My love, I have been thinking of you lately and I felt you wanting me to pray for you as I always do. I am praying for you . . . and I am led to do it publicly today. (It would probably encourage someone else to pray for their future spouse).

Letter to the Future Self

Thanks to the blogosphere. I have found some really good personalities, and one of them is Adenike Adebayo. She is so passionate about making a change. I actually stumbled on her blog and found the letter she wrote to her future self. I was moved. (Read it here). So she inspired me to write a letter to my future self too.  A month after I drafted a rough, I finally decided to finish, edit and publish it. Ten years from now, I would read this letter to myself.
