STYLE: You Need A White Shirt In Your Life

Hello, sweeties. How has the weekend been? Hope you are white today.  We'll see .  . . *grins*

White Shirt Power

It's amazing how I'm starting to appreciate white in my outfits. I guess it's now safe to say I love colours, albeit, the absence of colours (white and black).

I am even looking out for a white pencil skirt, which I hope would come my way pretty soon. Are you selling? I'll buy!

Those who wear white shirts regularly understand the struggle of staying clean. It is a very delicate something-something.

Once a white shirt gets a mark, the stain will stick forever. Well, it might fade if you wash it with original detergent. But sometimes, no matter how much time you spend washing, the stains won't go away.

So I was thinking: What's with the stains that don't go away?

One thought led to another, and another thought led to another thought.

Then I got a response: Sin.

Our sins stick.

But, thank God for the blood of Jesus. God makes this promise – that if we confess and forsake our sins, He will forgive us and make our hearts as WHITE as snow (Isaiah 1:18). He will wash away our sins and the stain will NEVER be seen again. How good our God is!

White isn't one my favourite colours. However, I like white for its simplicity and versatility. It looks good on everyone.

I hope you consider a white shirt as a blank canvas on which you can create your own personal style. Not sure where to start? Go HERE, HERE and THERE.

"Though your sins are like scarlet, I will make them as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, I will make them as white as wool."
- God.

You need a white shirt in your life. Yes or true? 😀

P.s This was what I wore to the office on a Tuesday.
