NEWS: We Knoweth Engrish - NECO

I'm telling you! We know Engrish, English and Engwish now. Hahaha. . . That's some good news here!

NECO releases results, over 50% pass English and Mathematics

The National Examinations Council has released the November/December 2014 results saying there is remarkable improvement when compared to its previous examinations.

The results show 52.94 per cent credit pass in English Language and 55.37 per cent credit pass in Mathematics. Interesting!

The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of NECO, Prof. Promise Nwachukwu Okpala, while announcing the results at the council’s national headquarters in Minna, Niger State, on Wednesday (yestetday), noted that the results were an improvement on the previous exams conducted between 2011 and 2014.

Okpala said that 63,445 candidates registered for the examinations, out of which 61,386 actually sat for the papers with 30.57 per cent of the candidates recording five credits and above.

That's such an improvement. Praise the LORD!

I'm even more excited about this news because one of my cousins who took the examination has 7 credits with Mathematics and English inclusive. She deserves a treat. (I should take her out this weekend *cool*)
